The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternate
The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternate
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Management have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be favored by young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, a number of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These states were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label especially stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports take in or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the tastes were added following the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to get misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false advertising would be to strictly regulate the output of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague language or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not necessarily.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a couple of which had a range of what flavors do puff pubs come in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was incorrect.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to hold onto while smoking as the entire oral cavity of the disposable product was filled with the whitish color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients listing for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between the product and the other products was that this product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not current during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My 2nd puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled gradually while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a slight pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a lovely and tangy style with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, giving me all of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session without having to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
